Dad's Taco Filling

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1.5 cup Black Beans, drained & rinsed1 10 oz can Rotel, drainedI packet Taco Seasoning (we used Old El Paso)1/3 cup water
Directions
Brown ground beef in a medium skillet. Drain fat off the browned beef, add water & taco seasoning, simmer. Add black beans and Rotel, continue to simmer.

Serve in flour tortilla, commercial taco shell, or over tortilla chips (not included in Nutritional Info)

Makes about 8 1/2 cup servings

((If you find this too spicy, a dollop of sour cream will ease the bite!!))
