Geraine's Ginger Soy Salmon

Ingredients
2 4oz pieces of Alaskan Salmon1 tsp ground ginger1 tsp light brown sugar1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Directions
2 4oz salmon fillets rinsed and patted dry, mix soy sauce, brown sugar and ground ginger in a small dish, place salmon fillets on a cookie sheet covered with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Spoon the soy mixture over the fillets and place in a 350 preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes.
