Bergman Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
Inn Maid medium egg noodles, cooked2 cans Starkist low sodium Chunk light Tuna in water2 cups chopped carrotslarge onion chopped2 TBSP Smart Balance 50/50 Butter Blend1 1/2 can Campbell's Healthy Request Crm of Mushroom soup, condensed2 cups frozen peas4 slices American cheese 1 cup milkpepper to tastetopping:10 Ritz crackers1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook noodles and drain. Saute carrots and onions in butter blend until soft. Add together noodles, drained tuna, sauteed onion and carrots, torn up American cheese, pepper, and frozen peas. Turn into ungreased casserole dish. Add milk. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and grated chedder cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 min or until bubbly.
Makes 8 one cup servings.
