Ingredients
Onions, raw, 0.75 cup, chopped (remove)*Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz (remove)*Brown Rice, medium grain, 0.25 cup (remove)*Potato, raw, 3 cup diced (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Beans, pinto, 2 cup (remove)Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)*salt, table, 1 tsp (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 0.25 tsp (remove)Chili powder, 0.25 tsp (remove)Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
1. brown onions and beef in skillet. drain.
2. layer ingredients in slow cooker in order given.
3. cover. cook on low 6 hours, or until potatoes and rice are cooked.
