Buckwheat Banana Waffles

Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)Buckwheat, 1.5 cup (remove)
Directions
Beat eggs with a mixer
add wet ingredients, beat
add baking powder, beat
add buckwheat flour, beat
use a half cup measure in a waffle maker. (these were made in a belgian waffle maker so can easily be divided into quarters.)
