Ingredients
3 T applesauce1/3 cup oil2 eggs1 1/4 cup milk (I used soymilk)1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour2/3 cup sugar1/2 cup cornmeal1 T baking powder1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix together applesauce, oil, eggs, and milk. Then add the dry ingredients. Mix and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

    2/3 cup sugar seemed a little excessive, I only use 2 tablespoons. I liked it but family thought it was to moist for cornbread.
