Flaxseed Yogurt Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
Flaxseed, 2 tbsp Yogurt, plain, whole milk, .25 cup (8 fl oz) Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1.5 cup, unthawed Banana, frozen, .5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Water, bottled, 1 serving Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
Directions
Mix Flaxseeds, blueberries, banana and water together. at a high speed in mixer. Add yogurt and spinach at a lower speed. Pour and Serve.
