Beansprouts stir fry with cashew nuts

Ingredients
cups Beansprouts1 cup Green Pepper (Bell Pepper), cut in strips1 cup carrots, cut in strips1 med onion, chopped2 cups cabbag, shredded1 tbsp cahew nuts1 tbsp soy sauce5g cornflour (mix with a little water to form paste)
Directions
Starts with a few spurts of cooking spray in a non-stick frying pan.

Add onions till it softens. Add carrots, green pepper and beansprouts and stir for about 5 mins. Add cabbage and stir for 2 mins. Add soy sauce and cornflour paste. Add cashew nuts and stir for another 3 minutes.

Serve with either brown rice or whole wheat pasta
