1 lb of boneless, skinless, chicken breasts1 can chile chipotle in adobo sauce1 onionsaltgarlic powder
Boil chicken until done and shred with fork. Place oil in cooking pan with onions. Sautee onions until clear. Add in the shredded chicken, salt, garlic powder, and one can of chile chipolte in adobo sauce (may pick out the chiles). May serve as a taco filling or on tostadas. Very good with refried beans and cheese. Nutritional information does not include tostadas, beans, or cheese.
