Ingredients
2 slices gluten free bread35g Pink Salmon, poachedFew slices of CucumberOlive oil spread1 slice dill gherkinlettuce
Directions
Poach salmon by covering with water or stock, adding a bay leaf and peppercorns. Heat for 20 mins on a low heat.

Assemble sandwich using cooled poached salmon.
