Turkey Bratwurst & Cabbage

Ingredients
Honeysuckle White Turkey Bratwurst, 5 serving Cabbage, fresh, 5 cup, chopped Regular Beer, 12 fl ozOnion - Sweet fresh, 1 cup Caraway Seed, 1 tbsp Red Potato, 400 gramsOlive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Boil brats in beer for 10 min., set aside. Boil potatoes for 10, or until almost done, set aside. Saute onion, cabbage, and caraway seeds until cabbage is wilted and onions transparent. Add brats, and potatoes to onions and cabbage mixture. Cook until brats are browned and potatoes done. Serve with mustard or horseradish.
