4 c nuts2 egg whites1 c fine cane sugar2 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp salt1 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp ground allspice1/2 tsp ground cloves1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Place two egg whites in bowl and whisk until foamy. Add nuts and toss to coat. In separate bowl mix spices and sugar. Add nuts and toss to coat evenly with sugar mixture. Spread nuts onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. Separate nuts with a fork and bake at 225 degrees for two hours. Nuts should be dry and crunchy. Let cool. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
