Multi-grain cranberry orange waffles

Ingredients
3/4 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup ground flax meal1/4 cup rye flour1/4 cup sugar1 tbsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 eggs1/2 cup canola oil1 1/4 cup orange juice3/4 cup 2% milk1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup fresh chopped cranberries
Directions
Mix flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, oil, orange juice, milk, and vanilla. Mix just until moist. Stir in chopped cranberries. Bake according to waffle maker instructions. I got 6 big round waffles (so 24 waffle wedges) with my Belgian waffle iron.

I think you could probably use dried cranberries and a little less sugar, but I haven't tried yet. Skim milk would probably slim down the recipe too, but we always have 2% on hand.
