Ingredients
1-1/2t Ener-G Egg Replacer2T water2-1/2c Whole Wheat Pastry Flour1/2c sugar4t Baking Powder1/2t salt3/4c Earth Balance Butter1c Blackberries1/2c Soy Milk
Directions
In food processor or by hand whip the egg replacer powder with the water until frothy, set aside.

In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the butter and with a fork or pastry knife combine to make crumbly. Add the milk and berries.

Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Makes 10.
