Ingredients
1 Full Box Zoom Cearal (uncooked) Wheat4 Cups Regular rolled oats2 Cups untoasted wheat germ2 cups flaked coconut (untoasted and unsweetened)1 1/2 cups raw shelled sunflower seeds1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup sesame seeds, (raw or toasted)1 cup almonds (raw)1/2 cup extra light olive oil3/4 cup honey2 teas Vanilla1/2 cup dates1/2 cups dried apricots
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease two, 10x5x1-inch baking sheets or similar size baking sheets. In large mixing bowl, stir together Krusteaz Zoom Cereal, oats, wheat germ, coconut, sunflower seeds, brown sugar and sesame seeds. Set aside. In small pan over medium heat, cook oil, honey and vanilla, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to bubble. Add liquid to dry ingredients. Stir until blended. Spread mixture on prepared baking sheets. Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until coconut is browned. Stir 3-4 times during cooking time. Remove from oven and stir in dried fruit. Store thoroughly cooled granola in an airtight container. Serve as a snack or in a bowl with milk or cream.

Makes about 14 cups.
