Chicken and bean chili

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed*Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (RoTel), 1 serving *Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Balsamic Vinegar, Basil, & Olive Oil, 4 oz *2 cans navy beans (16 oz each) JUST ONE CAN*Beans - black beans - 15.5 oz.*Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp
Directions
Brown your chicken, debone and dice in 1 inche squares. Mix in pot chicken and all remaining ingredients.

Simmer for hour or longer, depending on what you want.

Makes 12 One cup servings.
Good for quick, easy supper and you can freeze remaining for lunch in a rush ; )

    well, i made this for daughter so not sure i can rate this recipe but it was very good. I used sort pot luck not wishing to go to the store for red kidney beans or more black beans or such. I do put a lot of meat in soups or chili as i like it to be thick. - 3/9/10
