CHICKEN MAC WRAP

4 oz Fresh Ground Chicken or Frozen Chicken Tenders (salt & pepper to taste)Olive Oil Cooking Spray1 bunch Fresh Baby Spinach4 Slices Medium Tomatoes2 oz Reduced Fat Feta Cheese4 tbsp Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing2 Flour Tortillas
Season Chicken with salt and pepper then place in pan ( if you are using ground chicken, seperate into 2oz long, not round patties).
Heat frying pan on medium-high. Spray pan with olive oil. Place chicken in pan and cook for 3-4 minutes covered on each sides.
To build your wrap:
Place in the center of a flour tortillas-half of a bunch of spinach, two slices of tomatoe, 1oz cheese, thousand Island dressing and cooked chicken.
Fold each side of tortilla towards the center and enjoy.
You can add any vegetable to your wrap.My son loves this sandwich with mushrooms, red onion, spinach, feta and fat free ranch.
