Vinegar Based Coleslaw

3 Cups shredded cabbage (i use the bag stuff that's already shredded for you)3T vinegar (use cider...i sometimes use white if i don't have cider on hand)2T sugar1/4 t pepper1/4 t salt1/4 t dry mustard1/4 t celery or caraway seed (i have only used celery)
combine all ingredients beside cabbage in a bowl. Whisk until sugar is desolved. Pour on top of cabbage. Let sit about an hour before serving.
