5 oz of Tilipia1 Cup of white rice1 cup of steamed broccoli2 tbs of Light Italian DressingThis is the servings of the items... for individual portions
Steam your broccoli and cook your rice! EASY! Then spray " I Can't Believe its not Butter!" in the bottom of a pan. Add your fish, add pepper if you desire. Pour the Italian Dressing over fish, and cover. Cook for 3-5 Minutes, and then rotate fish. Add more pepper if you choose. Once fish is done, serve up!!
