salmon patties

1 can red salmon1/4 c. plain bread crumbs1 egg white1/2 c. sweet red pepper1 green onion2 tbsp mayo
Directions
Use half cup to make each patty. Spray nonstick pan and fry until lightly brown on each side. Makes five .50 -cup servings
