Chicken and Spinach Enchiladas

2 cups shredded chicken5 oz chopped frozen spinach8 oz container fat free sour cream1/4 cup plain fat free yogurt2 T flour1/4 t ground cumin1/4 t salt1/2 Cup fat free skim milk4 oz can green chiles6 (6-7inch) tortillas ( I use whole wheat and is what is in calculator)
Combine drained spinach and chicken in one bowl.
In another bowl, combine sour cream, yogurt, flour, cumin and salt. Gradually add milk and stir...then add green chiles.
Combine 1/2 the sour cream mixture with chicken mixtuere. Divide and place on the tortillas and roll up. place tortillas seam side down in an ungreased baking dish.
spoon remaining sauce over tortillas. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes in a 350 oven. Let stand a few minutes and garninsh with tomatoes, cilantro or whatever :)
