2 cups dry steel cut oats1 can of sweetened condensed milk (about 10 oz)4 cups of apple juice or cider1 cup watercinnamon - to taste - probably about a tbsdash of nutmeg

Add everything to crockpot, leave on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 6-8.
