Tesco Greek Style Natural Yogurt, 59 gram(s) Frozen Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Frozen Cantaloupe, 1 cup, cubes Tesco Frozen raspberries, 175 gram(s) Oats, 40 grams **Flax Seed, 1 tbsp Neal's Yard Breakfast Sprinkles, 50 gram(s) Skimmed milk, 250 gram(s) *Splenda, 2 tsp
Chuck it all in the blender!
(I usually make up 3 or 4 servings fridge 1 freeze 1 drink 1! I add protein powder just before I am about to drink it!)
Try for as much frozen fruit as you can! It makes it thick!!!
