Healthy Grilled Ham and Chese

Ingredients
2 Slices of white bread (wheat bread if you like)1 Slice of Kraft 2% American Cheese2 Slices of Extra Lean Ham (thin)
Directions
Makes 1 sandwich

Use a non-fat cooking spray on a small pan and turn to medium heat.
Place your 2 slices of cheese down on the pan.
Place your cheese on one piece of bread and the ham on the other.
Let cook for a few minutes (until the bread begins to brown.)
Place the sandwich together and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes (flipping as needed.)
