Eggs in a Baggie

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 jumbo2 oz. Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ham, finely chopped 1/4 cup chopped raw onions1/4 cup mixture of chopped green and red bell Peppers 1/4 cup shredded Swiss Cheese1 oz. Water2 Whole Wheat English Muffins 1 Quart-size Freezer Zip-Lock bag
Directions
Put a saucepan filled with water on to boil. Beat eggs with water until well mixed. Add ham, onions, chopped peppers, and cheese. Put this mixture into the zip-lock bag and smoosh most of the air out. Make sure it's zipped securely. Place the bag into a pan of boiling water. Cook 10-15 minutes or until eggs are firm. Meanwhile, toast English muffins. Slide 'omelet' out on plate. Divide in two. Serve with muffins.
