Tuna and white bean sandwich

Ingredients
1 7 ounce pouch tuna in water1 15 ounce can Great Northern Beans2 tablespoons chopped parsley3 small radishes, chopped1 scallion, choppedjuice of one small lemon2 Tablespoons light mayonnaise4 pitas
Directions
Drain and rinse the beans. Add the beans and the contents of the tuna pouch to a bowl. Add chopped parsley, scallion, and green onion, juice of one small lemon, light mayonnaise and a couple of grinds of fresh black pepper. Stir gently until well combined. Fill pitas to make sandwiches.

Makes four sandwiches.
