Good, but it seems a bit chalky because of the wheat germ. I'm just not used to it, but it is still good. - 10/11/07

this receipe is one of the best, so refreshing. The flax seed is so good to lower the cholesterol and for the fiber. This smoothie is very good in a very hot day and for breakfast. - 7/5/07
