Ingredients
Nonfat Milk (1 cup)Smooth Peanut Butter (1 Tbsp)Banana (1 small)Splenda (1/2 tsp)
Directions
* Pour milk into blender
* Break banana into four pieces and add to milk
* Add peanut butter and splenda
* Blend on high speed 15-20 seconds
* Pour and Enjoy!
