Doc's Chili (altered Biggest Loser recipe)

Ingredients
3 cups chopped sweet onion2 1/4 lbs of 93% Lean Ground turkey4 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained2 cans (15oz) pinto beans,drained & rinsed2 cans (15 oz) blacked beans, drained & rinsed2 cups Low Sodium, Fat Free Chicken broth2 TBSP Garlic, minced4 TBSP Chili Powder2 Tsp Oregano, dried2 Tsp Ground Cumin2 Tsp Ground Mustard
Directions
Coat a large with a few sprays of olive oil cooking spray.

Add onions and cook on Medium- high heat until they are soft and are just turning brown.

Add ground turkey and cook breaking up meat as you cook, for about 6 mins, or until done.

Add tomatoes, beans, broth, garlic, all spices together.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low and cover and simmer for a 20 mins.

Garnish with black olives, scallions or cilantro.

Yeild 24 (1 cup servings)
