Asparagus, Mushrooms, & Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 lb asparagus - washed, tough ends removed and broken into bite sized sections1 small carton fresh sliced mushrooms1 package sun dried tomatoes (not in oil)2 cloves garlic - minced1 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Add olive oil to bottom of large skillet. When olive oil is hot, add the asparagus, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes. Saute until asparagus is tender but still bright green. When almost done, add the minced garlic. Sprinkle with salt, fresh ground pepper, and Parmesan cheese before serving. Makes four servings.
