Baked Tofu

Ingredients
19oz Organic TofuPam SpraySpice as desired (salt, pepper, garlic work well)
Directions
1. Dry Tofu by placing it on a white dish towel. Wrap towel around and place a plate on top (dry off as well as you can).
2. Cut tofu into strips (1 inch thick, 2 inch long)
3. Spray pan with non stick cooking spray generously.
4. Add spice
5. Place tofu in hot pan.
6. Leave on each side for approx 5 minutes. During that 5 minutes, be sure to keep the tofu moving (using tongs, just move around the pan) to avoid sticking.
7. Cook until desired browning. If you want it more crispy, cut tofu into smaller pieces.
