Scott's Crabby Patties

Ingredients
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs6 oz claw meat2 egg whites2 tsp extra virgin olive oildash of hot saucesalt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 4 equal patties. Cook on stove top in skillet or grill pan on med high heat for approx 4 minutes on each side. Great by itself or as a sandwich!

    I made this but whoever makes it needs to know(it doesn't say in the recipe),you need to drain the claw meat,I used canned crab & fat free croutons,it was really good but I didn't drain the crab and had to use alot more croutons,also added diced onions and old bay seasoning. - 6/26/07
