- 1 egg- 1 slice of beef- 2 slices of bread- 2-3 grape tomatoes- 4-5 leafes of spinach- olive oil
Have one egg cooked through with olive oil(optional) then toast your choice of bread. On the bread add a slice of black rimed beef slice on top add the egg, then some grape tomatoes, add spinach on top and sprinkle some olive oil and serve with some orange juice.
