1 16 oz. bag Luigi Vitelli organic whole wheat pasta (penne rigate)2 4.5 oz. cans chunk light tuna, packed in water1 cup Pacific Naturals organic Cream of Broccoli soup1/4 cup light cream1 8 oz. package Cabot Seriously Sharp cheddar cheese, cut into small chunks1 16 oz. package organic frozen broccoli florets1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
In a dutch oven, bring water to boil. Cook pasta according to package directions to al dente doneness. Drain. Add tuna, soup, cream, cheese and broccoli florets to dutch oven and combine well. Mix in cooked and drained pasta, stirring gently. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees F.
