Shrimp Stir Fry and Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil4 oz raw shrimp3 oz baby carrots, sliced1 med. slice of yellow onion, chopped1/2 c. broccoli2/3 c. brown instant brown rice, cooked1 tsp powdered garlic2/3 tsp low sodium soy sauce2/3 tsp teriyaki sauce
Directions
Heat EVOO in frying pan on high. Add shrimp, fry for 2 minutes and then add veggies. Sprinkle garlic powder. Fry for 5-7 minutes (or longer) depending on how tender you want your veggies. While veggies are cooking, prepare your rice. Add soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to veggies and serve over the rice. Enjoy!
