Nutty tuna salad

Ingredients
10 oz of white albacore tuna in water, drained1/4 c walnut, chopped1/4 c pecans, chopped1/2 c of apple, chopped4 T light mayo3 lg hard boiled eggs, chopped
Directions
1) Drain tuna, and put in a mixing bowl. Add in apple and mayo, mix well.

2) Add in nuts and mix well. Then add in the chopped hard boiled egg.

Makes 8 servings. Enjoy!!

    I wasn't sure about the apple in my tuna salad, but it adds a nice sweet flavor and extra crunch. I skipped the pecans (because I didn't have any on hand) and added 1/4 cup of celery instead. - 4/6/10
