Meatballs in Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
Tomato Sauce:1 Tablespoon Oil1 Medium Onion, Chopped1 Garlic Clove, Minced1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley1 Teaspoon Salt; 1/4 Teaspoon PepperMeatballs:1 pound Ground Beef2 Eggs1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs4 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley1 Garlic Clove, Minced1 Teaspoon Salt; 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper1 Tablespoon Oil
Directions
Tomato Sauce:
Heat oil in medium-sized saucepan. Add onions and cook 5 minutes on medium heat. Add garlic and parsley. Stir 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and simmer on medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes, or until lightly thickened.

Meatballs:
Mix all ingredients except oil. Form into golf-ball sized balls. Heat oil in in frying pan. Brown meatballs in pan over medium heat, then drop into simmering tomato sauce and cook for 20 minutes. Serve over spaghetti
