Flounder with lemon herb bread crumbs

Ingredients
1 lb. flounder (4 4oz filets)1 Arnold Select Sandwich Thin, Whole Wheat1 Tbsp butter1/2 tsp salt1 tsp ground black papperzest of 1 lemonjuice of 1/2 lemon1 tbsp parsley, finely choppedbutter flavor cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Process sandwhich thin into bread crumbs. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add bread crumbs and stir until toasted. Remove from heat and add lemon zest, parsley, salt and pepper. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and place fish filets on baking sheet. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice, then top with bread crumbs. Bake for 10 minutes, until fish is opaque and flakes easily. Do not over cook. Makes 4 servings.
