Granny's Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can (10 oz) pink salmon25 saltine crackers, crushed1 eggNon-stick cooking spray
Directions
After removing skin from salmon, mix with crushed saltines and egg. Form four patties, about a half inch thick. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray and cook patties on medium heat for approximately four minutes per side. These are delicious served with rice and a green veggie. We love green beans or asparagus in our family.
