Ingredients

    velveeta shells and cheese dinner, cooked according to directions
    1 lb lean hamburger, browned
    1 packet taco seasoning
    3/4 cup water
    3/4 cup sour cream fat free
    1.5 cups lite shredded chedder
    tortilla chips
    1 cup salsa
    brown hamburger and drain, add taco seasoning and water. simmer 5 min. add sour cream to prepared mac. and cheese. in square baking dish layer half of macoroni, then all of meat then 1 cup of cheese. layer the rest of the macoroni cover and bake at 400 for 15 min. cover with salsa and crushed chips then the rest of the cheese. bake another 5 min. serves 6.
