Ingredients

    1 Blue Bunny Carb Freedom Fudge Bar (or other no-sugar added variety)
    2 Tbsp Cool Whip Free
    2 Tbsp Smuckers Natural Creamy Peanut Butter

Directions

In a sturdy cereal bowl, combine frozen fudge bar (without the stick!), Cool Whip Free, and peanut butter. Mix, mash, and stir for desired consistency. Eat and enjoy! Tastes ALMOST as good as Reese's Peanut Butter Cups...just cold and without all the carbs! Makes 1 bowl of ice cream.
