Introduction

A delicious and SUPER NUTRITIOUS alternative to dessert or a daily shake. A delicious and SUPER NUTRITIOUS alternative to dessert or a daily shake.

Ingredients

    1 cup of Chocolate Shakeology
    1 cup of Natural Peanut Butter
    1 cup of Quick Cook Oats
    1/3 cup of honey

Tips

This makes 24 small balls for 115 calories. 12 larger balls for 332 calories. As a snack one small ball with a glass of skim milk. For a meal replacement you can do 3 small balls or one large ball.


Directions

First, remove any rings you’re wearing and wash your hands really well. Then combine ingredients in medium bowl. Mix well. Roll into balls (about a heaping teaspoon each).

Store in the fridge on wax paper.

Optional: Roll in crushed nuts, oatmeal mixed with a little cinnamon, whole-grain graham cracker crumbs, or unsweetened coconut flakes.

Serving Size: 24 small-snack sized balls OR 12 large-meal sized balls

    Incredible!
    Just made these and they are great! I love Chocolate and Peanut Butter!!! I added in some chopped almonds, chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. I used 50/50 agave nectar and honey! They don't look anything like the picture but that doesn't bother me! My daughter loves them too! - 1/11/15

    Loved it!!! I ended up using Agave Nectar because I did not have honey!! And I used crunchy natural peanut butter for that extra crunch!! - 1/1/13
