Spicy Egg Sandwich Spicy Egg SandwichNumber of Servings: 1
Ingredients

2 slices Oat Bran Bread (toasted)
2 med Eggs
4 thin slices Onion
1 tsp Light fat free Mayo
Very little Extra Light Olive Oil (EOO)
a few drops of Chulula Sauce (to taste)
Directions
1. Lightly toast oat bran bread.
2. Fry eggs over hard in tiny bit of EOO
3. Remove toast. Place on plate.
4. Spread Mayo on one slice of toast.
5. Sprinkle Chulula sauce on other slice of toast.
6. Place one egg on one slice then other egg on other slice of toast.
7. While you assemble the sandwich, put onion slices on hot pan you just cooked the eggs in. (Do Not Use More Extra Light Olive Oil)
8. Turn onions over and brown the other side.
9. Place onions over one side of sandwich.
!0. Put sandwich together. Slice in half and enjoy.
Note: I only care for 2 drops of Chulula sauce, My hubby wants the whole one side slathered in it. You can add Chulula sauce to taste.
