Ingredients

    1/2 Cucumber
    1 knuckle Ginger
    1/2 cup mint leaves or 2 mint tea bags steeped
    1 lemon juiced
    1 gallon water


Directions

Peel ginger & cucumber, Puree all ingredients together in food processor mix with water let it sit overnight in frig, strain into another container or water bottles and enjoy ice cold - be sure to refrig unused portions for up to 2 days

They had this on the Today Show I made it without puree it I just sliced cucumbers and lemon and got the ginger spice and add a 1/2 tsp of it to a gallon of water it turn out great. I will drink water now.

I FOUND THIS RECIPE IN THE "FLAT BELLY DIET" BOOK ADVERTISED IN THE PREVENTION MAGAZINE. I HAVE MADE IT SEVERAL TIME THIS SUMMER BUT I WILL WARN YOU HAVE TO ACQUIRE A TASTE FOR IT.

I love ginger so this was easy for me to like, reminds me of a mint julip, this weekend I added some fresh mashed up blueberries and it was great.
