Introduction

Ingredients

    6 mini graham crusts
    8 oz. fat free cream cheese
    15 oz. can pumpkin
    3 tbsp. sugar (more or less to taste)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

Blend pumpkin, cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fill 6 mini crusts with pumpkin filling and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. (didn't know how long and what temp to bake it at so just did whatever and it turned out fine. you could probably bake for less time?)

    I have made lowfat pumpkin pie filling and filled custard cups. Baked in a water bath. You don't need the piecrust! - 10/7/13
