Introduction

Low in calories, full of veggies and very filling. Low in calories, full of veggies and very filling.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    10 oz lean ground Turkey
    2 28oz cans diced tomatoes
    1 15oz can black beans
    2 15oz cans reduced sodium beef broth
    4 stalks of celery
    2 green peppers
    1 package chili seasoning mix
    2 medium zucchini
    2 medium yellow squash

Directions

In large soup pot. Saute 10 oz lean ground turkey and medium chopped onion. Add 2 28oz cans of diced tomatoes, 1 15oz can of black beans, 2 15oz cans of reduced sodium beef broth. Dice and add 4 stalks of celery, 2 green peppers, 1 package chili seasoning mix, 2 medium zucchini, 2 medium yellow squash. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serving size is 1 cup.

    This is very filling for the WW points. I did add a few of my favorite seasonings (ground red pepper, sage, and garlic powder). Grilled cheese sandwiches (FF cheese and high-fiber bread) complement this chili nicely. - 3/1/10
