Hungry Girl's BBQ Mango Tilapia

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 4.5 oz. fillets raw tilapia
    1/4 C. canned diced tomatoes, drained
    1/4 C. diced mango
    1/4 C. canned tomato sauce
    2 T. mango nectar
    2 T. ketchup
    2 t. brown sugar (not packed)
    2 t. cider vinegar
    1 t. molasses
    1/2 t. garlic powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients except diced mango and tomatoes. Then stir in diced tomatoes and mango. Place fish and sauce in a container and toss to coat. Cover and let marinate in a fridge for 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
