Ingredients

    1 c Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 c. Unbleached White Flour
    1/2 c. Rolled Oats
    1/4 c. Wheat or Oat Bran
    2 c. Plain, Whole Yogurt
    Mix and let above ingredients sit for 30 minutes - 24 hours.
    Add:
    2 Tbs Raw Sugar
    3 Tbs Olive Oil
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp salt 2 Large Eggs
    Mix thoroughly and pour onto griddle for about 12 pancakes. 2 pancakes equal one serving.
