Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

The only thing I did different was to shake the chicken in a bag with 5 tablespoons of flour, this thickens up the gravy. I also used one teaspoon of black pepper and no salt. For low-fat it taste good. 2nd time I double recipe and added chopped mushrooms.
