Marbled Chocolate Banana bread

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour3/4 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon sea salt1 cup sugar1/4 cup butter, softened1 1/2 cups mashed bananas2 large eggs1/3 cup plain yogurt1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, soda and salt, stirring to blend.

Place sugar and butter in a bowl and beat together at low speed until well blended. Add bananas, eggs and yogurt. Beat until blended.

Add flour and beat until blended. Place chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave about 1 min or until almost melted. Stir until smooth. Allow to cool slightly. Add 1 cup batter and stir until well mixed.

Spoon chocolate batter alternately with plain batter into a loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Swirl batters together using a knife.

Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 min then on wire rack until completely cooled.

    I added 1 cup of chocolate chips and marbled the two batters together before I poured it into miniature loaf pans. It made six. They were delicious! - 11/23/10
